Characters’ romantic and platonic relationships are explored in the movie, adding more depth and emotions to the story. “ It was a perfect mix of nerdy, scientific stuff with action and also romance and friendships,” Senior, Aubrey Herring, described. The audience can feel the more emotional aspects of the characters’ lives and how characters build connections with each other while also being on the edge of their seats.
